Your browsing the e-shop as well as the making of any transaction or communication with our company means your unconditional acceptance of these terms of use. In case of disagreement or reservation regarding part or all of these terms, you can send your relevant e-mail to the email address info@giannioswholesale.gr before browsing or making a transaction, otherwise your acceptance of all terms is unconditional.

Our company reserves the right to modify, renew or upgrade at any time and without prior notice to the user/consumer/visitor/member of the e-shop.

It is your responsibility to read them at regular intervals, as the Terms in force at the time of the conclusion of the Agreement (as defined below).

The company also reserves the right at any time, without justification and without prior notice to the user/consumer/visitor/member of the e-shop to cancel, suspend or terminate the operation of the e-shop. The user/consumer/consumer/member of the e-shop acknowledges and unconditionally accepts all of the above either for navigation and/or use of the e-shop services only.

Use of our Website

By using this website and/or submitting an order through it, you undertake:

a. To use the website only to submit legitimate questions or orders.

b. Not to make false or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably believe that such an order has been submitted, we have the right to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.

c. To provide us with correctness and accuracy your e-mail address (e-mail), your postal address and/or other contact information.

You also agree that we may use this information to contact you if necessary. If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we cannot process your order.

By placing an order through the website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Sales Contract – Ordering Products.

The information contained in these Terms and the details contained on this website do not constitute an offer to sell but an invitation to information. No contract will be deemed to have been formed between us and you in relation to any products until your order is expressly accepted by us. If we do not accept your order and the money has already been deducted from your account, then this will be refunded in full.

To place an order, you will be asked to follow the purchase process and press the “COMPLETE” button. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). Receipt of the email confirms the completion of the order and its acceptance by us.

Product Availability

The products offered through this website are available within 5 days. In the event of supply difficulties or out of stock of the products, we reserve the right to inform you either by telephone at the number you have provided or by email, about similar products of equal or higher quality and value, which you can order. If you do not wish to order such similar products, we will refund you the amount you may have paid in full.

Order Rejection

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time and/or to remove or edit any material or content on this website. Although we make every effort to fulfill all orders placed with us, exceptional circumstances may arise in which we may need to refuse to process an order after we have already sent you the Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time in our absolute discretion.
We shall have no liability to you or to any third party for the withdrawal of any products from this website, as well as for the removal or editing of any material or content on the website or for the refusal to process or accept an order after we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

Delivery

Subject to the provisions of clause 5 above regarding the availability of products and subject to exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to complete your order for the product(s) listed in the Order Confirmation within the estimated time period that appears when you select a payment method, and in any case no later than 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. The delivery of the products is carried out through our partner carrier (ELTA COURIER) and their shipping time is between one and six (1-6) working days from the day following the Order Confirmation. No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays.
However, delays may occur, depending on the delivery area or in unforeseen circumstances.
If for any reason the delivery of the package is significantly delayed, please contact us or the courier company to track the package.
For the purposes of these terms, “delivery” will be deemed to have been made or the order will be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party on your behalf, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the products, which will be evidenced by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

Non-delivery

If it becomes impossible for the carrier to deliver your order, they will leave you a note explaining where your order is and what you need to do to collect it and will also contact you by telephone. If, after 10 days from the time your order is available for delivery, the order in question has not yet been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will assume that you wish to cancel the Contract and the Contract will be deemed to have expired. As a result of the termination of the Contract, we will refund any payment we have received from you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of the date on which the Contract expired.

In the event of loss of your order due to the carrier's error, we will inform you of this and, if you still wish to complete the order, we will arrange for the replacement and re-sending of the same products to you, otherwise we will refund any payment we have received from you.

Transfer of Risk and Ownership of the Products

Responsibility for the products passes to you from the moment you or a third party acting on your behalf, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the products. Ownership of the products passes to you either upon our full receipt of all amounts due in respect of the products, including delivery charges, or upon delivery of the products (as defined above if this occurs later than receipt).

Price and Payment

The price of each product will be as stated at any time on our website, except in cases of obvious error. We always take care to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirm the order at the corrected correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled and refund you in full any amount you have paid. We are not obliged to supply you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the Order Confirmation), where the error in the price is obvious and undisputed and can reasonably be recognised by you as an incorrect price. The prices on our website include VAT but not shipping costs, in case you are charged Shipping Costs. Based on our company policy, shipping costs for retail purchases within the Greek territory over forty euros (50€) are free for you, while for purchases under forty euros (50€) you are charged the amount of two euros (2€). An additional charge applies to the cash on delivery payment option, in the amount of one euro and fifty cents (1.50€). Prices may change at any time, however, subject to the specifics immediately above, any changes will not affect orders for which you have already been sent an Order Confirmation.

Once you have selected all the products you wish to purchase, they will have been added to your shopping cart and the next step is to proceed with the order and pay. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, completing or verifying the information requested at each step. Furthermore, during the purchase process, before payment, you can change your order details. You are provided with a detailed description of the purchase process in the Shopping Guide. The file with all your orders is available in the “My Account” field. Payment can be made via cash on delivery, with Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards via PayPal, or by bank deposit to our company account. If payment is made via PayPal, the amount will be debited upon confirmation of your order.

The moment you press the “Complete order” button, it is confirmed that your credit card is valid and has sufficient balance. Credit cards are subject to validity checks and approval by your card issuer. If your card issuer does not authorize the payment, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to enter into a Contract with you.
